This full time hourly position reports to the Driggs, ID office. This is our entry level Plant position offering opportunity for growth.
Job Description Highlights:
• Installation and maintenance of outside plant facilities
• Places direct buried cable and other materials using plowing, digging and trenching equipment
• Installs central office feeder and distribution cable and conduits
• Installs protectors and demarcation devices at customer premises
• Requires familiarity with RUS outside plant installation practices and standards
Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Low voltage technician license is required
• Two years heavy equipment operation experience required
• One year of telephone plant maintenance and installation work preferred
• Heavy equipment maintenance, fabrication and welding experience desirable
Starting Hourly Wage Range:
$16.64 - $20.80 (depending upon experience)

Personal Computer (PC) Technician – Freedom, WY
Full Time, (40) Hourly Position
Job Description Highlights:
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide quality basic video, DSL, dialup, wireless, IP video, VOIP, and LAN support services.
- Provisions and tests applicable equipment to provide reliable voice, video and data services to customers.
- Provisions and tests customer premise equipment, such as modems and set top boxes.
- Works with customers to clearly identify and resolve hardware, software, and service related problems.
- Works with customers to validate requirements, provide technical support, and coordinate activities associated with hardware, software, and service related installations, modifications, or repairs.
- Services and maintains company’s computer hardware components to include: printers, scanners, computers, and associated peripheral equipment.
- Installs, tests, configures, upgrades, and troubleshoots computer systems and peripheral devices.
- Performs peripheral, BIOS, memory, processor, mass storage, drivers, and adapter upgrades on computer hardware components.
- Repairs or replaces hardware components to meet customer and company needs.
- Installs, tests, configures, upgrades and troubleshoots common customer software applications, including antivirus software.
- Documents and maintains the company’s software, software licenses, and computer hardware inventories.
- Centrally manages employee’s desktop and laptop computer equipment and software applications to ensure proper functionality.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- One year of experience of operating, maintaining, upgrading and configuring PC hardware, software and associate peripheral equipment is required.
Starting Hourly Wage Range: $14.29-$17.86 (depending upon experience)
