All Standard Maintenance plans come with a 2-hour response time and expire within one year of agreeement.
Maintenance plans provide labor for computer networking consultation, configuration or repair; key system installation, maintenance or repair; and inside wiring for telephone or data.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The terms of the Network Solutions agreement shall be for twelve months of service. Subscriber will be subject to a termination charge equaling the unexpired portion of the initial agreement.
All charges are for labor only; materials and equipment are not included.
Hours used in excess of maintence plan will be billed as follows:
Payment for services may be billed to customer accounts. Payment is due and payable upon receipt of statement. A returned check is considered non-payment, and a $15 processing fee will be charged. Silver Star Communications reserves the right to request payment in advance.
